You can host up to 100 websites on your VIP plan; however, only one of those sites will include free content updates. To receive content update services for additional sites, you would need to sign up for separate VIP plans for each.

Content changes do not cover graphic design, content writing, web development, or plugin integrations. These services are available at an additional rate of $150/hour, plus any applicable sales tax.

Time on the VIP plan is billed in 15-minute increments, deducted from your 1-hour allowance. To make the most of your available time, it’s best to send updates in larger batches whenever possible.

You also have the option to enable theme updates through the control panel. Updates are applied nightly whenever new versions are available, ensuring your site stays up-to-date with minimal effort on your part.

All of our hosting plans include the option to create your own backups through the control panel, which we encourage you to do, especially before making potentially breaking changes to your website. In addition, we perform nightly backups of our servers, stored securely at two separate data centers on different continents, with RAID protection for added safety. We maintain daily snapshots that rotate on a 7-day cycle. If you need data restoration and don’t have your own backup, we can retrieve it from our offsite backups for a fee of $150/hour, plus any applicable sales tax. VIP customers, however, receive this backup recovery service at no extra cost. While we take extensive precautions to prevent data loss, our backups are not guaranteed. It’s important to regularly create and download your own backups for safekeeping.

SlamCamp refers to our training sessions designed to help you learn how to make updates to your WordPress website. These sessions are a mix of onsite events at our Knoxville location and virtual classes. VIP customers can attend for free, with up to 2 attendees from their company per session.
