Junior Web Developer / Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Setting up new customer websites and hosting accounts
• Creating and managing content through WordPress
• Helping customers setup and configure email programs
• Meeting with customers about their website or hosting service
• Troubleshooting customer issues via our ticket system
• Working with customers to gather and optimize their content
• Assisting customers with making changes to their website
• Following up with customers about their website’s progress
• Optimizing customer-supplied content for search engines
• Formatting customers’ content with HTML and CSS
• Creating and managing social media accounts for customers

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience working with WordPress
• Proficient with social networking sites
• Experience troubleshooting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service manners
• Ability to multi-task
• Office management skills
• Good writing skills
