Inbound marketing is a topic that our clients consistently have questions about. What does it entail? What are the most efficient ways to utilize it? At Slamdot we always encourage our clients to be active on social media, to keep a blog, to send out a regular newsletter, etc. What do all of these practices have in common and how do they improve your search engine optimization (SEO) and overall traffic to your site?
To kick off a series of blog posts discussing various aspects and strategies of inbound marketing, first let’s discuss the meaning of the term itself. And there you have the core principle of inbound marketing: content. Knowing what kind of quality content will gain and keep your customer’s attention, interest and loyalty, and then delivering that content in a format that is convenient for them to access, is key to successful inbound marketing.
Stay tuned as we delve into different aspects and methods of inbound marketing and how to use them to your advantage. If you have any particular questions that you would like to see addressed you can post them on our Facebook page and we’ll do our best to answer them in a future post!
